WHAT IS INDUCTION SEALING ?

A typical induction seal consists of a layer of duplex board / backup material, a layer of wax, aluminium foil duly laminated to heat-sealable polymer that is compatible with the bottle material and capable of sealing to the lip of the container. This multi-layered liner is placed inside the closure and capped on the container. When the container is passed through an electromagnetic field produced by the induction sealing machine, the aluminium foil heats and melts the wax layer which is absorbed into the duplex board and the polymer coating melts, hermetically sealing foil laminate to the mouth of the container

• Adequate torque to the screw cap.
• Perfect pressure and contact of heat sealable material and lip of the container.
• Finish of the land area of the bottle where it seals the neck.
• Right choice of Induction sealing machine.
• Right choice of the sealing head depending on the size of the seal e.g. Flat head, Tunnel head, Deep tunnel head etc.
• Our in-house test lab facility assures that our customer gets the product that
